How It Started
The idea for Dance.today was born out of my simple frustration of finding social dance events. This shouldn't be this hard! Events are scattered across Instagram stories, WhatsApp groups, Facebook pages, and word of mouth. There was no single place where I could reliably find social dance events that fit to my dancestyle, level and preferences.
What started as a personal project to map local dance events quickly grew into a platform that celebrates the global social dance community.
